You know its time to make some changes in your diet and lifestyle. You know you are not feeling as good as you could and you know that by making some changes in your diet you will improve your health and vitality. You have been thinking about making changes for a while but keep putting it off.
Your doctor or health practitioner has told you its time to make some changes in your diet to support your health. You feel resistant to making changes but deep down you know its important. You don’t really know where to start so you try for a while but keep reverting back to what you know. You ignore that nagging feeing inside that is urging you to change.
You are fed up with feeling tired and sluggish, getting sick regularly or being over weight. Perhaps you have tried multiple different diets before but have never had much success. Or perhaps you haven’t thought too much about changing your diet and lifestyle before yet something about this program is sparking an interest in you.
You are completely ready and excited to make changes in your diet and feel your best self. The only reason you haven’t done much about it yet is because you simply have no idea where to start. You grew up eating TV dinners and processed packaged foods so shopping for, and eating freshly prepared whole foods, is totally alien to you and feels completely overwhelming.
The idea of being held accountable and knowing that you’ll have guidance, support, structure and community feels like its just what you need to help you stay committed and follow through. The thought of being part of a group who are doing it with you so you are not going through this alone feels reassuring.
No matter where you are on your journey, this program is designed to help you make lasting changes in your diet and lifestyle, giving you the confidence and knowledge you need to take full responsibility for your health and wellness.
This is not a 'diet', it is a program to cleanse the body and learn to create sustainable new healthy habits. It is a way of life.
The cleanse week is not a fast, it involves simple plant based foods of fruits and vegetables. If you would like to incorporate a 1, 2 or 3 day Juice fast during the cleanse week it is definitely an option but not necessary.
It is not a program where we provide the meals. Instead you will be guided with meal plans, recipes and coaching sessions. It is our intention to empower you with the knowledge and tools and set you up for sustainable on-going lifestyle changes. However for an additional fee you can sign up for the detox meal plan we will be running during stage two of the cleanse.
It is not a program that converts you to become vegan or vegetarian! During the cleanse week we do strongly recommend you follow the plan and eliminate all meat and dairy products. However the goal of this program is for you to discover what is best for you, whether it is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, meat eater etc. We are all different, only you know what is best for you. Our emphasis is on fresh whole foods.
This is a program where we will meet several times a week. Everything is optional but to get the most out of this program we encourage you to come to as many meetings as you can.
All meetings will be held at our new store Date and Thyme, 1130 Duval St. (inside Green Pineapple)
For this current program we are only offering it as an in-person course. It is our intention to create an online version in the next few months.

Charlie is the founder of Date & Thyme (formerly Help Yourself Organic Cafe, Juice Bar and Market in Key West Florida. Charlie is a trained whole foods chef and has studied food, nutrition and healing at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York.
Celine has studied yoga, meditation, and food as a healing path for over a decade. She is passionate about teaching yoga and meditation, and guiding cleanses that nourish one's body, heart, and soul.
