Charlie is the founder of Help Yourself Organic Cafe, Juice Bar and Market in Key West Florida. Charlie is a trained whole foods chef and has studied food, nutrition and healing at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York. Charlie's passion is teaching and sharing her knowledge on natural foods, health and wellness.
Bypassing the conventional route, the University of Life took Charlie around the world on many adventures. She worked on a boat in the Caribbean serving the likes of Pierce Brosnan and Mick Jagger; she sailed her own boat and was shipwrecked on a deserted island; she was a Cordon Bleu chef, owned her own catering company in London followed by a restaurant in the French Alps, to highlight a few.
Then in 2006, after becoming increasingly interested in health and nutrition, Charlie had The Dream: She wanted to provide food and education to enhance lives with increased energy, greater vitality and superior health, delivered in a way that is fun, accessible, tasty, satisfying and easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.
She’d been living in Key West for two years, and left for New York on a mission to learn everything she could about nutrition, whole foods, raw foods and food and healing. She enrolled in the chefs training program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, and got a job at Pure Food and Wine, the premier raw food restaurant. She absorbed herself in the lifestyle, met some great people and learned a lot. Two and a half years later the opportunity arose to come back to Key West and open her own restaurant; Help Yourself was born.

Celine has studied yoga, meditation, and food as a healing path for over a decade. She is passionate about teaching yoga and meditation, and guiding cleanses that nourish one's body, heart, and soul.
