21 Days to Help Yourself

 

 

Three week guided program to Detox the Body & Create New Healthy Habits

 

This program is designed to help you gently cleanse the body with plant based foods AND to help you make lasting changes in your diet and lifestyle. 

 

You will learn healthy choices that are not only tasty but easy and accessible for your everyday life. Each person has different needs - there is no one-diet-fits-all. By building knowledge and skills you learn to make the best choices for You.

This coaching program includes:


  • Three 1.5 hour in person or Skype meetings each week. These will be tailored to your individual needs and may cover anything from cooking classes, supermarket tours, meal planning or life coaching.

When our body, mind, feelings and spirit are in unity we create a sense of internal harmony. Thats when we truly feel our best selves: alive energized and full of joy! 

During these 1 hour sessions we look at underlying beliefs and thought patterns that may be holding you back, getting in the way and stopping you from leading the life you truly desire. By gently guiding you inside we help connect you to your own inner teacher so you can truly Help Yourself. 

 

 

Thoughts Create Our Reality

If you feel stuck in your life, not happy with yourself, know what you are supposed to do but still don’t do it, have negative thoughts or feelings then by identifying the core belief and working towards changing it you are able to free yourself from these patterns. 

 

 

Soul Nourishment

Who are you really feeding when you crave that ice cream or other comforting foods? During these coaching sessions we take a deeper look at what is truly behind the craving and how, by nourishing our soul we can gradually reduce and eliminate these unhealthy cravings. 

 

These 60 minute one-on-one sessions are focused on Nourishment of Mind, Spirit and Soul and are very specific to each persons individual needs. Gentle Yoga and Meditation are also available.

Charlie Wilson

Charlie is the founder of Date & Thyme (formerly Help Yourself Organic Cafe, Juice Bar and Market in Key West Florida. Charlie is a trained whole foods chef and has studied food, nutrition and healing at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York. 

Celine Peccatte

Celine has studied yoga, meditation, and food as a healing path for over a decade.  She is passionate about teaching yoga and meditation, and guiding cleanses that nourish one's body, heart, and soul.
